F&B FOH Supervisor

This position is responsible for the front of house operation of the Food & Beverage area .  This is a full time position and will require long hours Friday – Sunday, including holidays. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise front of house staff; schedule, train, discipline, and develop
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, comp’s or voids
  • Fill in as hostess, server and bartender as needed on the floor
  • Develop side duties for front of house staff and ensure that they get done
  • Maintain quality of service and overall cleanliness of restaurant at all times
  • Fill out maintenance work orders for repairs and follow up with maintenance department to make sure they are completed
  • Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner
  • Assist Chef in coordinating and supervising catering events
  • Book entertainment
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to keep your staff informed
  • Check online time and attendance. Make appropriate corrections
  • Set up new hires in time clock and Micros System
  • Place liquor orders weekly
  • Prepare and fax check requests to Accounting Department
  • Cash control of F&B
  • Review and send server/bartender close out envelopes to Accounting Department
  • Month end closing reports
  • Receive product, code invoices and fax to the Accounting Department
  • Weekly bar inventory

 REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years supervisory experience in Food & Beverage
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
  • Catering/Event Coordinating experience preferred
  • Micros Experience
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Member Services Administrator

Two full time (30 – 40 hours per week) Member Services Administrators are needed at Pleasant Harbor Marina. 

 In this role, you must be passionate about customer service, very detail orientated be able to communicate effectively and efficiently. 

 RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Greet customers and answer questions regarding marina services
  • Give potential members tours and introduce the facility
  • Answer customer questions via email and phone
  • Responsible for assigning gate cards to marina members
  • Update customer forms that are included in the new customer packets
  • Coordinate with marina personnel and Contract Administrators regarding launches/retrievals/impounds/releases/transfers
  • Dispatch marina shuttle
  • Data entry into system to update member information
  • Follow up with A/R disputes

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficient, specifically Excel
  • Must be able to work all weekends and holidays
  • Professional Demeanor
  • Detail Orientated
  • Time Management Skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to stay late if needed

Store Clerk

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform register, cash handling and weekly deposit duties
  • Assist marina members with general marina questions
  • Perform stock work such as fronting and facing merchandise, cleaning shelves, pricing of merchandise
  • Assist in physical store inventories
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Perform clerical duties
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance of store and workstation area

 Requirements:

  • Must be 19 years of age
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Neat image and appearance
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
