: : The following rules apply for all storage:
Dry storage is not available for sailboats.

	Members approved for storage must give a copy of their boat registration and trailer title to the marina if applicable.
	Vessels must be insured with a minimum of $300,000 of liability coverage with the marina listed as an additionally insured, and a copy must be provided to the marina.
	An annual Port-of-Entry pass must be purchased from the Maricopa Water Conservation District for automobile entry into Pleasant Harbor at Lake Pleasant. The $200 pass must be purchased from the Maricopa Water District, for more information call: 928-501-5253.
	Occupant must have current boat registration and trailer registration (if applicable) on file with PHM at all times. A $50.00 charge shall be levied each month for Occupant's failure to provide registration to PHM.

: : Dry Storage

	$9.00 per ft. per month for one year contract
	$11.00 per ft. per month for six month contract
	20’ minimum charge for boats and Personal Water Craft
	A security deposit equal to two months of storage is required on all contracts.

: : Covered & Uncovered Wet Slips

	Annual or six-month contracts are required. View uncovered wet slips. View covered wet slips.
	All annual contracts end April 30th, regardless of signing date.
	A security deposit equal to two months rent is required on all contracts.
	Six-month contracts are available for an extra $2 per foot of vessel or slip (whichever is greater) per month.

: : Indoor Stack Storage

	$10.50 per foot per month with a one year contract
	$12.45 per foot per month with a six month contract
	Boats stored in the stack building on their trailers will be billed for a space and a half.
	20’ minimum charge for boats stored in the stack building
	A security deposit equal to two months of storage is required on all contracts.

: : Economy Storage

	Security deposit is $100.00 or two times your monthly rate, whichever is greater.
	Under 10’ beam $4.25 per foot per month, with a $50.00 minimum, plus tax.
	10’ to less than 12’ beam is $5.00 per foot per month
	>12’ but less than 14’ beam is $5.75 per foot per month
	>14’ but less than 16’ beam is $6.50 per foot per month
	>16’ beam is $7.25 per foot per month

Boat owners must maintain a minimum of $300,000 liability insurance on your boat with Pleasant Harbor Marina named as an "Additional Insured." A copy of the boat registration from Arizona Game and Fish with the Watercraft AZ number or a Coast Guard Document and a copy of the boat trailer registration, must be on file in the Marina office.
